I am very satisfied with the care and involvement of my direct managers. My direct managers offer regular feedback and recognition and are great mentors. I am less satisfied with higher-ups as they aren't very accessible.

My managers are great - they're patient, friendly and always willing to provide support/answer questions I have. I don't get super regular feedback, but I don't think that's a big deal.

I think immediate managers are quite responsive and provide good feedback but I've heard like nothing from their bosses.

Yes, they are accessible and good mentors. My manager used to be a Treasury grad too. He is keen to help me progress my career, but you do need to make your goals clear.

I've had two managers who have both been very supportive as I've learnt my role, but most impressive is how accessible more senior managers are, virtually any time you can knock on their door for a chat to ask for more information or advice.

Managers are caring and have your interests at heart. They continually look to develop you and help you grow in your career. They are always willing to connect you with others and to help you in different areas and skills. Due to the nature of the work, managers can get swapped around a number of times, so that is the only downside.

Managers are pretty good and provide good feedback on areas to improve.

No, the management are bad mentors. They do not prioritise graduate development effectively and seem to be stuck in the past.

My direct manager and more senior managers are approachable, good communicators, and good mentors.

My manager is incredible and very invested in my development. Whilst she is busy, she always has time for me when I need it.
