At the moment - 8.30 - 6 due to work load. Some days are earlier finishes (5.30pm) depending on input requests.

It is very easy to maintain a work-life balance. When things do get busy and extra hours of work are required we have flex-time arrangements to make up for it later.

Very flexible with working from home and being in the office - most people have a good mix of both. I haven't worked part time so can't comment on that.

7:30 hours per day, very flexible

I work 37.5 hours a week, however if I work more on one day than the other, or overtime, this accrues into flex time. My team is quite flexible with my starting and finishing hours as long as I work my required hours each week and communicate.
