We don't have bonuses, but the pay is very reasonable (noting I have moved quite rapidly up to the APS6 level due to my qualifications) and we have fantastic super contribution rates.

Pretty standard, my partner works for the ACT government and has a higher salary at the same level - but their super is a lot lower so I guess it evens out

There are some other Departments with more competitive salaries and I was better paid when I worked in a state level department at the same level, but overall the pay is still pretty good.

Pay slightly less than other Australian Government agencies with a similar role to us. Government policy not currently amenable to appropriate workplace bargaining
