  • Permanent placement in a practice group after your first year and successful completion of the program with Dentons;

About you

To be considered for a position in the Law Graduate Program, you must expect to complete your law degree by the end of 2024 and be available to commence full-time employment in early 2025.

You will also consider yourself an ambitious, hardworking, enthusiastic professional who possesses an excellent academic record and strong interpersonal skills. Any relevant work experience gained throughout your degree is advantageous.

Training, development & rotations

Dentons offers a tailored learning and development program, including partner mentoring and on-site and off-site training. Their collaborative and inclusive environment focuses on developing skills, fostering growth, and helping you reach your full potential while working on challenging global projects.

You will experience two rotations of six months each across different practice groups including Banking and Finance, Construction, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Planning, Environment and Government, Real Estate and Recovery and Restructuring (optional third rotation).

Career progression

They offer permanent Law Graduate positions upon successful completion of the Program.
