If you want to succeed. You have to work quite hard. Be prepared for long hours sometimes. It's not always 9-5.
Generally, though, management are quite flexible to help you make appointments and live your life .

Work hours are usually 8-5 with an hour lunch break. In saying this, they are very flexible in the times that you can start. If you need to finish or rearrange your working hours for a particular reason, they are quite flexible also.

My contracted hours are from 8-5, however I usually start around 8.15 and leave at 5.30ish. My team is fairly flexible though.

I have to work 40hours per week, which I can do in any matter I see fit. Coles is very accommodating when it comes to attending appointments during work time and I feel I can fit work around my personal life, instead of the other way around.

In past roles they were more focused on office/home duties and standard 8-5 hours Currently Role more flexible in a sense (setting own Calander) however majority of the time is spent at stores
