No bonuses for graduates. Generally, the graduates pay rate is very competitive.

I'm quite happy with my salary for my role. Sometimes it's hard knowing that I'm staying back but I don't get any overtime.

Of course, I would love to be paid more, but I think the pay is fair for a graduate program and there is an opportunity for a pay raise in the second rotation too. I didn't choose to do a grad program because of the pay but rather because of the opportunity to learn and move between different rotations.

Coles has a lot of partnerships so you will get retail discounts from time to time. You will also get team member discounts on certain insurances etc.
