My graduate cohort of 11 only had 1 female employee. It seems the retention rate of employees is very good, I've only seen new faces come and still see the same faces every day.

There is some diversity within gender roles however not much in terms of ethnic and culture diversity. There may be diversity in the senior roles but not much in entry to mid-level employees.

I was surprised and happy to hear Cognizant's direction to ensure 50% gender split for future graduate diversity. Although, with graduate hiring paused, hard to see that in effect yet.
