My application process involved a range of written response questions (which related to things such as my experience and interests) and I did two interviews (each with a senior lawyer and HR professional).

Make sure you are familiar with the work that the firm does. It is also important to communicate that you are keen to learn as much as possible and give it your all.

Apply as a paralegal first, a lot of people are recruited through the paralegal program and then move into a clerk or grad position.
