Application Process & Interviews at Clyde & Co

My application process involved a range of written response questions (which related to things such as my experience and interests) and I did two interviews (each with a senior lawyer and HR professional).

There was an initial application, then a phone call, followed by two interviews.

Interviews were great. Not rigid and free flowing. There were no assessments.

I was asked questions in relation to my work experience, my hobbies and interests outside of work and my interests and aspirations in relation to working in law.

I would recommend that candidates applying to our company prepare by thinking about how their unique experience and interests benefits them in their work.

Make sure you are familiar with the work that the firm does. It is also important to communicate that you are keen to learn as much as possible and give it your all.

Apply as a paralegal first, a lot of people are recruited through the paralegal program and then move into a clerk or grad position.

Know your CV - prepare questions against it. Don't think about the interview, just do the preparation.
