About the Program

The full time 12-month program, commencing in January 2024, provides professional development training and on-the-job experience pathways to enthusiastic university graduates who are ready to apply their academic knowledge in a professional context.

We know you are driven by growth and opportunity, eager to progress quickly and determined to make an impact. Our program offers rapid and timely development of relevant skills, flexibility of learning, mentoring and networking opportunities as well as career progression planning that will stretch you to meet your career aspirations and equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences necessary to excel in your chosen career.

The 12-month program is for recent university graduates who have completed a degree-level qualification from a tertiary institution within the last two years, with full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program.

Graduate Streams

Our graduate opportunities are based on business requirements however will typically be offered for the below disciplines within the five streams:

  • Engineering Stream – All disciplines
  • Digital and Data Stream - Technology, Data Science, Software, Computing
  • Business and Management Stream – Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Economics, Legal, Workplace Safety, Events
  • Environment and Sustainability Stream – Environmental Management and Conservation, Environmental Planning and Monitoring, Environmental Health and Health Science
  • Planning Stream – Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture
