How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible work with the "hybrid model" (Monday and Friday work from home) with the option to work from home on other days depending on supervisors' approval

I believe Chevron is pretty flexible with hours spent in the office /working from home.

they are flexible but the increased time I am unhappy with is related to the high worklaod

Pretty flexible - the norm is Monday/Friday working from home and Tuesday-Thursday working in the office, however most teams seem pretty happy for people to work from home when they need to, so people communicate that.

Standard work hours are 8am to 5pm with 9 day fortnights (every second Friday is a day off). You can opt out of this 9 day fortnight and work a 8am to 4pm day however not many people do this. Flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home Mandays and Fridays.

Flexible start/end times are common - everyone comes in and leaves at different times. The company has 3 core days where everyone is expected to be in the office, with the option of working from home the other two days.

Very flexible. You can choose your own start/finish times so long as you are consistent and meeting your requirements.

Extremely flexible. I can start early and finish early (i.e. 6am to 3pm) or start late and finish late (9am to 6pm). I work from home on Mon and Fri and have every second Monday off so work 9 days fortnights.

Chevron is flexible with working arrangements which includes working from home, time off for study, and compressed work week.

A lot of the flexibility comes down to your supervisor. As I have been lucky with some great supervisors - switching my RDO (rostered day off) has never been a problem, and working from home when required has never been a problem.

You can elects for work 8-5 instead of 8-4 in exchange for every second Friday off work! Options to work from home Mondays and Fridays with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Very flexible. Nine-day fortnights but just openly discuss it with your supervisor if you need special arrangements.

Company has a very flexible working schedule. We work a Compressed Working Week schedule, meaning we work 9 day fortnight, having every second Friday off.

very flexible for working from home, or office, or reduced hours with updated contract conditions to match.

Work hours is very flexible but not really consistent across the company. In general I believe all teams have adapted to Mondays and Fridays working from home, and a9-day fortnight. But other teams have more flexibility to choose days working from home and with their work hours to accommodate for picking up children from school. Would be good to enforce company wide guidelines.

Somewhat flexible, but still within the bounds.
