What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Competitive for both

There is a point system where employees can award each other points that can be redeemed for gifts or vouchers. (These points also have more $ value then some similar systems I have heard of at some other companies). The company also has a very active social club, where members can pay a regular fee to get discounts on events. The company will also pay for its employees to get a post-grad degree, if they can justify it with a business case.
