What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Bonuses are good. Pay is good. Still at grad pay however the path for pay increases has been openly communicated and explained

Graduate, Brisbane - 25 Oct 2021
Pay is fairly standard for graduate engineers. Employees receive annual bonuses proportional to their rated performance.
Graduate, Williamtown - 22 Oct 2021

Pretty good
Graduate, Brisbane - 22 Oct 2021
Boeing provides very competitive salary.
Graduate, Adelaide - 22 Oct 2021
I think that the company pays early careers employees pretty well for the work that we are expected to perform. Bonuses can be a bit hit and miss depending on how the company performs but when the company does well the bonuses are decent.
Midlevel, Brisbane - 21 Oct 2021
around industry average but would be nicer to be more competitive with Expedia, Amazon, Rio Tinto, BHP and other big fortune 500 companies in Brisbane
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Oct 2021
Average pay for graduate. Bonus is dependent on individual performance and company performance (5-10% salary)
Graduate, Newcastle - 15 Oct 2021
Very competitive relative to other graduate programs. Good system for bonuses and salary reviews.
Graduate, Brisbane - 14 Oct 2021
Pay is intentionally kept at 80% of market rate, have not received bonuses in several years (company wide)
Midlevel, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
Currently on a graduate salary, so believe it is a little low for the work load I am doing in comparison to other members earning a lot more and doing the same work load. But hope that will increase soon. Haven't received any bonuses yet.
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
The pay scheme and bonuses are well thought out. Bonuses are based on performance which provides me with a motivation to succeed more in my current position. The pay is good for a graduate position and it will increase next year as well which is very motivating to stay in the company.
Graduate, Williamtown - 13 Oct 2021
I think the pay is reasonable however it is not necessarily as competitive as a lot of other companies and I have seen several people leave Boeing during my year here largely to accept better pay somewhere else. Understandably, working for such a significant company is beneficial in other ways, however I think it shows a lot about a company's respect for its employees when their pay remains competitive regardless of reputation.
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
I think the pay at an intern level is really good although it could be better once you graduate however there is yearly salary reviews based off previous performance. Bonuses are good as they are based both of company performance as well as personal performance for the year and I find them to be generous.
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
Annual Compensation Review is good Pay is in line with what I expect to receive given my experience and qualifications Bonus each year % calculation - nice added incentive to perform at a high standard
Graduate, Williamtown, NSW - 13 Oct 2021
Bonuses are paid every year and scaled by performance
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
Pay is wonderful
Graduate, Adelaide - 12 Oct 2021
Could be higher but the bonus scheme is good

Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Oct 2021
No unusual perks. Employee discount program, discounts to various retail and services. Usual perks written on the job description.
Graduate, Newcastle - 15 Oct 2021
No perks
Midlevel, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
There are a few perks that are good, however haven't received/ been shown any free perks just discounts on retail and other company items. Haven't used them yet but would be good when wanting a cheaper price on certain items. These were never shown to me and had to find myself.

I really like the fact that if we work 40 hour weeks, we are afforded a day a month off (RDO)
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
I have heard from colleagues moving expenses are a good perk at Boeing. Access to SmartSpending app is a bonus for purchases at most local retailers (Coles, JB Hi Fi etc)
