Plenty of diversity training etc. Fairly low percentage of engineers in my direct team were female, and few female engineers in leadership positions.

i think there needs to be more women in the workplace as it is very male dominant. Especially in higher roles as this would entice more females to come to Boeing

Greater focus to recruit and retain women. Being in a regional city, not too many ethnic minorities. (not necessarily company issue). Open inclusion policy and values for LGBT.

There are dedicated employee engagement groups committed to looking at diversity and inclusion for different groups and how the company is supporting those people. They assess and make recommendations on things such as policy and procedure, recruitment strategies, and culture training and awareness.

Whilst awaiting for clearance, the project managers would get us together once every quarter and answer our questions and provide the ability to meet some of our co-workers before we start.
