Satisfied, accessible and make good mentors.

In my current team, managers are stretched thin so have limited time for mentorship.

Managers are always around and down to talk

Manager was busy all the time with little interaction on a daily basis.

Immediate management is great with communication, support and feedback. Upper management is opaque

Dependant on manager and their own personality type. Overall do receive support from my direct managers, though wish I received more specific feedback to improve.

Management does well

Managers are very friendly and make good mentors when they have the time. Very little performance feedback/praise/recognition, but very available to give support/advice when needed, and follows up when they can see you are having a hard time.

Senior management and above regularly participate in graduate development sessions.

Very dependent on the individual manager - some are very good, some are quite poor.

Engagement is limited as there are so many layers to management.

Very little interaction with management. Almost impossible to get in contact.

Bad management. Previously mentioned what I've experienced.

Minimal interaction with managers. Mostly senior and superintendent level

There are good ones and ok ones. I think managers does not need to be my mentor.
