About the Opportunity

We are supporting one of our client's who are a successful Australian owned business, to find a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team.

They are working with organisations to enhance their productivity and efficiency with services such as printing, digital solutions, video conferencing and interactive whiteboards, digital workflow consultancy and more. With over 30 years in the industry, they have built a long standing reputation, and continue to empower businesses.

This role will see you earning a base salary of $55,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance.

About the role

You will be joining the fast-paced Direct Sales team, who's goal is to bring in new print solution based clients. Lead by a Sales Manager who's focus is to grow and develop the team, you can see your career progress to the Corporate Sales team and further Solution Sales team, with the right drive. 

As a Sales Executive you will be generating sales by reaching out to prospective businesses and creating long standing relationships.

Some of your other responsibilities will be:

• Follow up on warm and cold leads
• Arrange appointments and visit clients on site
• Build client relationships and manage their accounts
• Generate proposals and presentations for client’s review
• Meet and exceed self-acknowledged and management provided KPIs

About you:

As a driven Sales Representative, who is self-motivated and wants to grow within the business you will also need:

• A sense of purpose as to why you want to succeed in a Sales role
• Display's initiative and a natural problem-solver
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A Degree is desirable but not essential
• Must have access to a car and a car allowance is included
