Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our Consulting team, from July 2024 or February 2025!

Our Consulting team work together to deliver end to end strategy and execution engagements, or more targeted operational and project engagements across the following service offerings: 

  • Strategy and Transformation
  • Digital & Technology
  • People Advisory Services
  • ESG Advisory

What you’ll do:  

As a Consulting Graduate at BDO, you can expect to:  

  • Develop and implement solutions to deliver project and operational outcomes 
  • Develop an understanding of economic, business and regulatory factors affecting clients and projects
  • Identify opportunities where our clients can improve performance
  • Assist with preparing proposals and reports.

What you’ll offer:  

  • You will be in your final year, or have recently completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Psychology, Engineering and Science
  • Your ability to commence full-time in July 2024 or January 2025.
