Your Career Opportunity

Our Tax and Government Incentives Research and Development (R&D) team within our Tax division, play a critical step in continued innovation. Creating opportunities for innovation is a critical step in this pathway.

The R&D Tax Incentive is a significant driver of innovation in Australia, encouraging companies to undertake R&D activities they might not otherwise be able to fund. However, many companies find accessing these incentives difficult and time-consuming. Without someone to guide them through the process, some choose not to take this major step forward. This is where our R&D Tax team come in.

Our R&D Tax Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to:

  • Develop your client management skills through attending meetings and dealing with client queries
  • Help clients consider government assistance for which they may be eligible
  • Learn how to help clients understand the substantiation requirements associated with claiming the R&D Tax Incentive program
  • Participate in client meetings to understand recent and upcoming projects
  • Liaise with financial and technical staff to collate information and build successful relationships
  • Advise clients around government grants and tax incentives
  • Create project descriptions and grant applications to seek government support for clients
  • Be part of a collaborative team environment and receive excellent training, mentoring and support throughout your career
