Corporate Social Responsibility at BOQ Group

I don't really know much about it. They partner with Sonder for health for employees, Orange Sky and the Mother's Day Classic to raise money and awareness.

Unsure as to the extent in other teams. Clear investment into risk and compliance by the company, to ensure strong returns for all stakeholders and ensure customers are cared for

I have not worked at the company long enough to pass comment on long term improvements or changes, etc. however the general culture at BOQ seems to be very accepting of a diverse range of employees and facilitating their differences.

They have a free washing clothes for the homeless charity that the company is associated with and runs events for but I haven't gotten involved with it. I wish the company had more eco-friendly initiatives or at least promoted them more to make us aware of them.
