Clean and good desk set ups. I do struggle with the lighting due to having sensitive eyes and sit by the window for natural light to help this when possible. I do also find it difficulty with office sound volume. I wear ear plugs but it would be more accommodating if I was able to use noise cancelling headphones to optimize my concentration.

Dress code: business wear / corporate uniform

The company has a dedicated floor in a building within the industrial area close to the local navy base. There is a dedicated parking lot next to the office and additional parking spaces along the road. This makes it very easy to find a park and the parking is free which is great. The office itself is open plan making it easy to go up and talk to anyone if needed. The office is split up into two wings with a lobby in between. Each wing has its own dedicated kitchen, facilities, and meeting room/s. The security of the office is also really good, with the office having an alarm system and with card access. The dress code is smart casual, with long pants plus the dedicated company polo being the standard.

No strict dress code as far as I can tell, whatever you are comfortable with.

We get snacks at the office now! Breakfast stuff and some sweet stuff (popcorn & bikkies). Dress code is a bit above neat casual, most people are in chinos and a button down shirt but a polo with jeans is also acceptable. Fridays are casual Fridays which is mostly a t-shirt with jeans

CBD office is nice, but other offices are slowly getting modernised. From what I've seen, different areas of defence will always be pretty sterile by construction, and so fancy amenities aren't really a thing. Dress code is just business casual/neat casual typically

Very modern with all amenities nearby. bike racks, showers, lockers in the office, whereas the office location is close to food and drink spots in the city. very easy to get to via public transport

There's food and drink in the kitchen all the time, bathrooms are super clean with pads and tampons. dress code is on the casual side which is nice.

The office has a wide range of facilities and excellent food and drink areas. The dress code is mostly compromised of business casual attire, but with an emphasis on ensuring that you are comfortable at work.

I love the dress code within our company, sports polo or business casual. Because of hybrid working, it is sometimes difficult to contact and connect with multiple people. My current office is usually very empty because of this. Our project is currently in the process of moving to another location and we are usually spread out across different buildings which can make it a bit difficult to have face to face conversations.

I am located in Osborne Systems centre, and my only comments are around the table and chairs in the office. I have requested a sit stand desk to help combat my mild ADHD and more supportive and comfortable chairs that I don't slip off of. Sit stand desks are only allowed for people with injuries and I would love to see that changed. Dress code is totally fine - I just wear a shirt and slacks and that is more than enough. The facilities within Osborne fulfil any requirement I have - but I'm sure others would appreciate a coffee machine like EDP and Flinders Street

Has everything you would need in a workplace. Location is central and easy to get to. Facilities are well maintained and easy to access and use. The office space is open and uses "hot desks" for all employees, which is good because it allows you to sit near people you otherwise wouldn't. The dress code is office attire (i.e. collared shirt and pants), however this is not strict and you can wear more casual attire if you would prefer.

Office space is starting to get a bit limited with deck sharing/rotations in place, no real implementation of dress code (within reason)

It's fairly boring and basic. Not much personality, white and grey cubicles in very old and outdated buildings that at times feel very grubby and gross (especially the bathrooms, hallways and different equipment rooms). The offices feel very cold because there's not much personality or decorations (no decorations during holiday season), the facilities are quite basic. Our office doesn't have a sink or a functioning coffee machine. I don't appreciate the location at all because my commute is an hour long and I cannot do my job from home so my long commute every day is soul-destroying (though this is out of my control). The dress code is great, very business-casual to even casual at times. There's a mix as to what most people dress like. Some people will be wearing business attire (such as suits) while others will come to work in jeans and polo shirts, hoodies, t-shirts and sneakers. It's very relaxed and there seems to be no judgement on the relaxed dress code.

There are inconsistencies between each location, in terms of access to free coffee and tea. Every location has a kitchen with hot/ purified water. But only some locations have a coffee machine or access to pods.v Some Locations have sit/stand desks where other locations don't

It depends on the site you are at as to whether the office space is nice. I have gone to some office spaces that are nice and modern, however, the office space I am in is quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The location of the Ed Parks offices, and Osborne offices are quite good and easy to get to, however, the CBD office is not. The dress code is quite relaxed and people are free to wear what they would like. Most people generally wear business casual in the office.

Company's office space is very nice, with an additional level just for eating etc. Facilities such as coffee etc are provided. Dress code is very engineering, jean/nice pants and a polo or dress top

I work "offsite" at DSTG, a CoA facility that is poor, the buildings are ~70 years old with varying levels of refurbishment inside. The general atmosphere is not great. I have no issues with the dress code, it is quite flexible and I tend to overdress anyway.

Dress code dependent on the nature of the working day is fairly relaxed with smart casual to business casual being the norm. Customer forward facing days tend to veer towards the business formal side. the office has good facilities whilst location may be quite a way away from home. However, this is due to being a Defence facility.

The Melbourne office is centrally located on Bourke St and is a short walk from Southern Cross Station, the 86 and 96 trams also stop right outside the front door. The office is really well lit, open plan and has great views of the city, accessibility into the office spaces is a bit of an issue though. The office is also has plenty of great food options in the vicinity for when you forget your lunch.
