At AustralianSuper, we truly care about our colleagues. We know work and life are intertwined. That’s why we support the diverse needs of everyone and have policies that enable us all to thrive and be truly flexible. We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.

Joining the AustralianSuper 2025 Graduate Program offers you an exciting opportunity to build a career with a growing global financial services organisation. Commencing in January 2025, you will be part of our rotational program where you will be exposed to a variety of our teams and develop the required capabilities and skills to help our members achieve the best possible retirement outcomes.

Your new role

AustralianSuper graduates are offered unrivalled exposure to our award-winning teams, with the opportunity to work on real world projects and initiatives, whilst gaining exposure to senior business leaders.

Working alongside colleagues across the Fund, you will be inspired daily by the challenging and fulfilling work of improving financial outcomes of members. You will build relationships with, and learn from, leaders in all areas of the Fund, establishing a comprehensive understanding of how our business groups come together.

Over the two-year program, you will experience three rotations (two core and one elective), developing a strategic and operational understanding of the respective teams and how they contribute to the Fund's purpose. Completing two core rotations aligned with your nominated rotation track, the elective rotation offers graduates the opportunity to further explore their interests and expertise.

As a cohort you will collaborate and be provided with the platform to actively contribute to what we are doing and how we're doing it, learning about our values, ways of working and investment philosophy along the way. Here, we think big, and we recognise our strength comes from the diversity of our knowledge, skills and experiences - harnessed into a community of expertise. That’s how we work and how we grow, together.

With continuous learning underpinning our Graduate Program, you will benefit from on-the-job career development as well as our tailored graduate development pathway - all designed to support you in building the required skills and capabilities that will set you up for a successful career far beyond the graduate experience.

Like our Intern Program, our Graduate Program offers Member, Enterprise and Investments streams. The 2025 Graduate Program has opportunities available within areas of the Enterprise stream (graduate roles across all other streams / areas are full).

Enterprise stream

Join one our Enterprise teams, working alongside energetic and highly collaborative colleagues to shape the Fund’s strategy and enable the efficient running of the Fund.

The Enterprise function partners with all areas of the Fund; whether it be ensuring financial objectives are achieved, legal requirements are met and conducted effectively, supporting the Investments department through operational, legal, tax and valuation functionality or working with our data and technology teams to support the Fund’s data, information, and telecommunications systems.

Alternatively, Enterprise stream graduates may have the opportunity to work alongside our Strategy & Corporate Affairs experts, who act as the Fund’s internal strategic advisers or across our rigorous risk functions who work closely with teams across the business to ensure risk is managed effectively and within the Fund’s risk appetite.

Graduates will be afforded the unique opportunity to work across multiple teams within their nominated rotation track.

Opportunities within the Enterprise stream are available within the following rotation tracks:

Technology

Graduates joining the Technology rotation track can expect to rotate within two or more of the following areas; Cloud Engineering, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace Engineering, API / Integration Development, Data Engineering and AI.
