Joining the AustralianSuper 2023/24 Internship Program offers you an exciting opportunity to build a career with a growing global financial services organisation. Commencing in December 2023, you will be exposed to a variety of our teams and start to develop the required capabilities and skills to help our members achieve the best possible retirement outcomes

Your new role

AustralianSuper internships offer participants unrivalled exposure to our award-winning teams, with the opportunity to work on real world projects and initiatives, whilst gaining exposure to senior business leaders.

Working alongside colleagues across the Fund, you will be inspired daily by the challenging and fulfilling work of improving financial outcomes of members. You will build relationships with, and learn from, leaders in all areas of the Fund, establishing a comprehensive understanding of how our business groups come together.

Joining for 12 weeks from December to February, you will work directly with two of our asset class teams on real-life investment projects, forming views and presenting these findings back to Investments colleagues and leaders.

You will be exposed to a range of approaches to investing and obtain firsthand knowledge of the investment business including front and middle office. On top of this, you will work on a variety of interesting and challenging business problems, gaining meaningful insights into how we deliver outstanding investment outcomes for members.

Enjoy the experience of having exposure to world-class, award-winning teams while determining your interest in and suitability for a role as a graduate following the completion of the Internship Program.
