There appear to be decent upward mobility prospects, although not necessarily in the one team - you may have to move to a different team but this occurs frequently.

While graduates are definitely given a position after the program ends, it is quite difficult to move up the ranks and you may be stuck for while in a pay grade that is lower than what you would make if you were to go elsewhere.

Moving up from an ASIC 3 to an ASIC 4 can be challenging as it really depends if a team has an available role and do they have budget to fund you.
