This information session is for anyone from the Australian Network on Disability's member organisations who would like to learn more about the PACE program, especially any DEI professionals who would like to coordinate and offer the PACE Program within their organisations. 

In this session, we will talk about:

• Overview of PACE
• Business benefits of participating in PACE as an employer
• Why you should nominate your employees to be a PACE mentor
• Your commitments as a participating organisation
• Mentors: roles, responsibilities, commitments and benefits
• Who are the PACE mentees?
• Positive outcomes
• PACE Member Coordinators: roles, responsibilities and tips
• Timeline, participation fee, and next steps
