It is extremely flexible. We are a public sector organization so there is no culture of staying excessively late or working long hours. We log our hours and accrue excess hours which we can take off later. It is a very convenient place to work in that sense.

The organization has a really good work-life balance. If its busy one day and you have to stay back, you're compensated by getting to leave early another day!

We are rarely expected to work beyond our standard hours. They are extremely flexible with hours - as long as your get your work done.
