There is plenty of informal training available to staff. Some study support/leave is available for staff to do relevant formal coursework.

Lots informal training on the job, however not as many opportunities to do formal training, outside of the mandatory elearning training modules that everyone has to do.

A lot of training is on the job, there is not much formal training. SO far, I have been able to learn skills in JIRA, SAS, Power BI, and technical skills in questionnaire design, and data analysis.

Offered several industry courses that are well respected in my field. E.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Cisco courses. Additional personal development courses also offered.
