Very diverse workplace. Social club runs many events to promote.

86% male, 14% female split in my section when I arrived. Maternity leave is well managed, flexible working availability, diversity networks to support ethnic minorities/LGBT/neurodiverse, more could be done.

I know there is an almost 50-50 balance of men to women. Not sure about others, but the ABS is actively very inclusive, and hires based on merit, not gender or anything like that.
