From my understanding, graduates who perform strongly may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position within a team they have completed a rotation with.

It feels like departments within Post are looking to promote graduates as quickly as they can - you learn skills quickly & promotion from within is the most common hiring method I have seen. To move up the ranks you just have to do your time, take an interest, and there will be plenty of opportunities if you show that initiative.

Promotions are very structured, if one wishes to be promoted they will need to first apply for the role & prove that they meet the criteria outlined in the application.
