Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Space/location isn't great, but we are making a move to a really awesome new office next year. Dress code is smart casual and generally relaxed for non-client facing roles/days. Dying hair funky colours is fine, as is non-standard makeup colours. Casual Friday is pure leggings/trackies and a t-shirt for me every week

Our Brisbane office is brand new and made of sustainably sourced timber, and includes end-of-trip facilities, flexible work and break spaces and a variety of workstations. I cannot think of a better office building in Australia. The dress code ranges from business casual to casual depending on the requirements of the day - it's very relaxed overall

New Gladstone office is good and meets my requirements (within reason as it is in Gladstone).

The office space is very open with lots of wood and plants. It looks very aesthetic but is noisy and doe snot provide the best room to focus. The dress code is casual

The space and facilities can definitely improve to cater for the changing working environment. The dress code is pretty laid back (Smart casual) unless there are interactions with the client where the dress code is formal

The office dress code could be described as smart casual, but it's not prescribed anywhere. Each office probably has it's own regional norms, but 'neat and tidy' would be a good descriptor. We recognise the importance of people bringing their 'whole selves' to work. The facilities are what you'd expect of an engineering office.

Central location in Perth, great open plan office with lots of services available

More casual since covid

Office space is very open with lots of greenery. The Melbourne office is located at Docklands and is easy to get to with public transport. Dress code is business attire on Monday - Thursday and casual on Friday.

Dress code is relaxed in the Darwin office. The office is completely open plan which I like as it means my manager and our technical experts are very accessible and it encourages active participation and collaboration within my team. The facilities include a free coffee machine and we have a large recreation/kitchen area.

New hot desk policy rather than conversional designated desks is not my personal preference. Casual business.
