Application Process & Interviews at Asahi Beverages

7.6
7.6 rating for Recruitment, based on 10 reviews
Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Many steps and quite intense but necessary for the number of applicants the company gets for the graduate program.
Graduate, Yatala - 02 Dec 2019
Rigorous and effective. There were multiple rounds of psychometric assessments, followed by a case study. After the case study came a 1 on 1 interview. This was then followed by the 'Business games day' where you were split into teams and spent ~3 hours in a competition with the others. Finally, there was a panel interview, where ~6 applicants interviewed with the CEO and the Vice Presidents. I thought it was a fantastic process, as not only was there a lot of variety and challenge involved, but it was a process that you couldn't plan for, instead you had to rely on your own abilities. There was no hiding behind pre-prepared answers.

It was a seven-stage process involving a number of online tests, a business case assessment, a business games day with other applicants and a final interview. It was quite difficult to fit all of this in alongside uni and work, but I liked how thorough it was
