Salary at Arcadis Australia Pacific

No bonus structure available and pay is comparatively low.

I'm not entirely satisfied with my Salary as I graduated with almost two years of engineering experience in Building Services and in the Solar sector, which was not considered. I've also shown my referral letter from my previous Manager at Downer, who discusses my ability to deliver quality work. As per discussion with the HR recruiter, there were no changes or a pay rise, which is the only thing that disappointed me.

Pay structure seems quite rigid, I'm not sure how common bonuses are within my field however have received a bonus in the past year.

The pay seems to be similar to comparative positions at other consulting companies.

As cryptic as anywhere else, but generally fair. The company has good review mechanisms.

Salary is very competitive, so I have no issues with that.

The pay as a casual employee at Arcadis is great! I am earning much more than I was in retail.

Salary is definitely higher than the average graduate salary. Bonuses are not really offered (as far as I am aware)
