Management at Arcadis Australia Pacific

The management is great at Arcadis. The management team is diverse, with a strong people-first mindset. Quarterly check-ins are scheduled to discuss feedback for both yourself and for you to give to management.

Management in my team are incredible. I haven't worked in a company where management are so accessible. I feel that they are very approachable, provide good, constructive feedback that has helped me develop during my time here, and provide praise and recognition on tasks I have succeeded at.

Mid level managers are fantastic, accessible and make great mentors. Mid level provides great internal communications, constructive and timely performance feedback, as well as praise and recognition. Upper management is a bit removed from the everyday, with far less accessibility.

They are all very friendly and approachable. Numerous times they have reached out to see how I'm going and to see if I'm liking the work I'm doing

Thanks to Arcadis implementing 'hot-desking', managers of all levels are generally very easy to access. It is not uncommon to be sitting next to your manager, or even their manager. For those that aren't in the office, it is very easy to reach out to anyone in the company over Microsoft Teams. I have not had an experience where it was difficult to contact someone.

My direct manager is very accessible but I wouldn't say any of my managers are good mentors. Performance feedback/ praise and recognition are very few and far in-between.

Yes they are easily accessible and are good mentors. They are easy to talk to in the office.
