Work culture is amazing in this company where people are great, and everyone has respect for each other regardless of the hierarchy. I can see teamwork and collaboration is very emphasized in the day-to-day duties and there's always support from others.

Overall, the company is very welcoming and respectful in terms of culture diversity present within the company.

Arcadis has a very open and friendly culture. I find the upper management have values that align with mine and everyone is extremely approachable. Intimidation is non-existent in Arcadis. Within my own team there is a great balance, with office culture still good despite a mix with working from home. The graduate program offers a lot of great networking opportunities, and in the resilience sector team social events happen relatively often.

Arcadis has the best company culture I have ever experienced in all the jobs I have worked in. Everyone is extremely friendly and happy lend a hand or provide advice if required. I find senior consultants, project managers and team managers extremely friendly and approachable. I have really enjoyed the social events organised by both the company and the graduate committee and have found it a great way to get to know others outside of my direct team.

Very flat structure, lots of cooperation and team work, very social both during and after hours

Structure within the Enviro and Waste team has changed recently, which I personally think is a positive thing. It is a clear and concise structure. In office hours culture is positive and relaxed, sometimes maybe a little too relaxed. Out of office hours is very good most people get along with everyone and organizing events is easy and very fun

The culture is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and there are events that involve mixing both junior and senior people all the time.

Culture at Arcadis is one of the top priorities. They take a lot of care in nurturing a social culture where people can enjoy their time in the office or after hours. They do their best to employ people who will add to this culture, rather than those who may detract from it. Everyone is kind, understanding, and willing to get to know each other and have fun together.

The culture is great - flexible hours/ work styles, they understand the value of physical and mental wellbeing and often discuss issues that are important (LGBTQIA+ inclusion, Women in STEAM). Socializing within your team and different teams is encouraged and there are many opportunities to meet people within the company at many different levels (e.g. Social Club). Socialization spaces are very inclusive as well with many different cultures, genders, age groups etc.

Everyone is really friendly and have social events to aid with communication.

It was quite easy for me to mix with the people at Arcadis. We have our team lunches, once every week and have graduate group dinners once every month.
