My current rotation in SBB (Small Business Banking) has been an eye opener for me in terms of what bankers and customers deal with on a daily basis. The team include me in a lot of activities, and my line manager entrusted me to being a specialist at a branch which was a great learning experience.

Financial monitoring and usual admin work

-Performing financial analysis on customers to ensure they have a capacity to meet debt obligations. -Undertaking reviews of customer's business processes and platforms, and making suggestions on how to improve them. - Researching industries, systems and emerging trends to improve efficiencies for clients as well as for ANZ processes. - Interacting with clients on a day to day basis, building strong relationships that can be leveraged into revenue opportunities. -Undertaking research and investigation into potential opportunities to grow the QLD business, and providing the results to key stakeholders in the Australian Institutional business.
