They have committees such as the ada network, return to work program etc

I think ANZ does a great job. As always, more can be done. Withdrawing from Mardi Gras was a huge blow to LGBT staff for example.

My team in particular is incredibly diverse in terms of gender (M/F) however I feel there could be more ethnic representation as there are very few people, especially in the management levels above me, that are non-WASPs

Strong focus on gender, minority and gender equality. unsure re child care and maternity but strong coverage in recruitment to ensure a diverse mix of hired candidates

As a member of the LGBT community, ANZ has its Pride Community that runs alot of events and creates awareness for issues that we face. I joined ANZ because of their commitment to diversity, and am proud to work for ANZ for this reason.

I think ANZ do really well when it comes to diversity, however with all companies there is a lot further to go to achieve gender balance in leadership positions, and more representation among minorities or the LGBTQI+ community.

Previous rotation was quite diverse gender-wise. My current area has seen multiple women leave due to lack of career progression opportunities, it's very white/male and that is the clique.

Whilst there are certain individuals who don't adhere to the values of diversity with respect to those listed above, the overall culture is extremely accommodating and encouraging of a diverse background.
