Generally well - areas of the company need to improve.

Have a green ambassador summit that encourages community engagement and has led programs like clean up Australia and recycling at ANZ. Also have partnerships with companies looking into micro plastics etc.

The CSR activities ANZ participate in are actively shared with staff members. I have been involved in the RAP, where we got to experience a training session on how we can all be involved in reconciliation, and got to learn a lot about the Indigenous Australian experience, and how we can help.

ANZ have great transparency and clear action plans when it comes to CSR/ESG. Personally I have been able to work on sustainability projects centred around hydrogen, and have joined a committee/network that helps organise events that champion gender equality throughout the business.

I have worked in the corporate social responsibility team and am confident of ANZ's ability to contribute to society with no commercial gain.

Multiple checklists to complete to keep activity ethical etc.

Have worked on projects that are dedicated to funding more social housing, community development, and sustainable energy.
