The company is welcoming to everyone. Although it can be challenging to fulfil the work demands, ALDI offers flexible working arrangement for those returning for maternity/paternity leave.

ALDI definitely promotes equal opportunities. All nationalities are welcomed and treated equally. Maternity leave is competitive and return to work mothers are supported.

We advertise widely for staff, including online and within store environment. This covers a wide demographic.
