Position description exciting opportunities for National Supply Chain Officers have become available within our National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury.

There are multiple 18-month fixed-term contracts available across the following National Supply Chain teams:

Operations

• Monday - Friday schedule

Stock

• Monday - Friday schedule

Fresh

• Monday - Friday with a rotating weekend roster

Role responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Supply Chain department
• Prepare, calculate and provide data/reports on the performance of sales
• Determine order quantities and delivery/flow schedules
• Completion and tracking of replenishment orders
• Analysis of allocation results to ensure sufficient stock levels
• Management of the efficient flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Assist in the resolution of department challenges, with a focus on long term solutions
• Support the Team Lead and Executive Manager in a professional and efficient manner

• Proven ability to understand and articulate areas of opportunity and solutions to stakeholders
• Aptitude to apply the thorough, accurate and logical methodology
• Demonstrated time management skills with an ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative to control, manage and continually improve quality of work and efficiency
• Strong understanding and focus on integrity and data management
• Proven attention to detail and analytical skills
• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
