The flexibility is great, good working from home options and the trust to work irregular hours is great. Sometimes you are expected to work overtime if you have a hard deadline and there is no formal process to recognise this.

Usually my work hours are 40 hours per week, however during certain projects they can be between 50-55 hours. It is possible to take time in lieu though. Our team is flexible with hours as long as you make up the time.

I work 38 hours a week. It is flexible to start you working hours. If you worked late in the previous day, you could leave early on the next day. Also, if you want to shift your starting time, you definitely can discuss with your manager/team leader. They are open to that.
