AECOM is amazing with this, head and shoulder above others in this industry.

Lots of different people from different backgrounds and ethnicities etc. Alot of people come and go, even in my short time.

The Graduate intake I was a part of in Perth employed a majority of young females. However, the entire intake for NWA seemed to be more male dominant particularly in engineering roles (which may still be more reflective of the industry). The company has a commitment to supporting their female workers, with organised social events by mCircles helping to build a supportive and trusting community for women in the workplace.

I wouldnt know too differently but I feel we are an accepting and welcoming culture and community at AECOM
