What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is good.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
They are good.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
I would say the same feedback as one of my previous response. As an employee at Acciona for 2.5 years, it feels like there hasn't been much flexibility to review individual cases of employees who have gone through the undergraduate and graduate program. Particularly as a mature age student who has had previous work experience. I have recently learned that there are employees with less project experience, construction experience, community engagement experience or work experience in general who are employed by Acciona and are earning higher salaries than I am. These employees weren't hired through the graduate program.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
Base salary for graduates is 70-80k excluding super depending on role.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
As far as graduate engineer roles go Acciona offer quite a good salary package with additional bonuses every year.
Graduate, Brisbane - 10 Nov 2023
My pay is more than I expected when entering the industry at a graduate level - I am yet to qualify for a bonus due to time in full-time position and project progression
Graduate, Perth - 09 Nov 2023
I am satisfied with my pay, however would like to increase this for next year. Bonus meetings are scheduled in May and there is a lot of opportunity to receive a good bonus.
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
I believe the pay should reflect the amount of hours and OT that comes along with this line of work THe base wage is decent, however we should be recompensated for the OT that we do
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
good starting salary haven't had a bonus yet
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Nov 2023
Bonus % is good
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Pay was competitive. But recently have failed to raise salaries to represent the market rate of engineers. Bonus scheme is interesting as it is dependent upon the projects performance, company performance at a national level and then the companies performance on an international scale.
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Nov 2023
I have yet to recieve a bonus as I've just started however I am satisfied with the pay
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Yet to experience.

Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Karara - 06 Nov 2023
Perfect.
Graduate, Sydney - 06 Nov 2023
Pay for a graduate is quite competitive. However, I do think it can be better for graduates who spend longer hours at work e.g. graduate site engineers. I am unsure about bonuses, but I think graduates do not receive bonuses?
Graduate, Sydney - 06 Nov 2023
Salary for a graduate is on par with most other Graduate Programs.
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Oct 2023
Pay is fair for the work.
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Oct 2023
Graduates are compensated well upon entry. However this seems to slow and as people rise are not well compensated until senior management
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Oct 2023
Pay is decent for a graduate. Have not received any bonus since working with them this year. It would be good to see an increase to keep up the cost of living.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
There are more social events than what I expected.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
Nothing extraordinary.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
I don't think the above applies to grads.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Nov 2023
Best perks are free gym membership.

Graduate, Perth - 09 Nov 2023
There is a wellbeing benefit that I use to subsidize $100 of my fee for my local football club. Ubers for work are also refundable and the leave can be quite generous depending on the time of year.

Acciona policies and perks are quite standard with industry. A recent cool introduction was a cultural day off. In a calendar year we can apply for a culture day-off to celebrate culture events that may not be covered by public holidays.
