Depends on the manager and it comes down to trust. They're usually pretty flexible for you to leave earlier if you need to be somewhere. As long as you get your work done, you're fine!

I wouldn't say the company is very flexible with hours or working from home however the work/life balance is good and an exorbitant number of hours isn't the norm.

There aren't really obvious opportunities to work from home but if you would like to start and finish earlier that's usually accommodated. Hours are realistic and honestly nothing compared to Professional Services.
